Refund policy
Warranty and Return Conditions
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the Agreement in sound and complete condition, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, together with any applicable warranty documents, user manuals, and certificates.
If the supply of the product subject to the order becomes impossible, or if the SELLER is unable to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement due to justified or valid reasons, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER, who has consumer status, of this situation within 3 (three) days from the date on which the SELLER becomes aware of the situation and shall refund the total amount paid to the BUYER within 10 (ten) days.
If the SELLER becomes unable to deliver the product subject to the Agreement within the stipulated period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or interruption of transportation, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER in writing within 3 (three) days from the date on which the SELLER becomes aware of such circumstances.
In such cases, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights:
-
Cancel the order;
-
Request that the product subject to the Agreement be replaced with an equivalent product, if available; and/or
-
Postpone the delivery until the circumstances preventing delivery have ceased.
The BUYER shall immediately notify the SELLER in writing of their chosen option.
If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid shall be refunded to the BUYER in full within 10 (ten) days.
For payments made by credit card, the product amount shall be refunded to the relevant bank within 7 (seven) days following the cancellation of the order by the BUYER. The time required for the refunded amount to be reflected in the BUYER's account depends entirely on the relevant bank's commercial procedures and processing times. Therefore, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that the SELLER cannot intervene in any potential delays and that the amount refunded to the credit card may take approximately 2 (two) to 3 (three) weeks to appear in the BUYER's account. In any event, such processing is subject to the relevant bank's commercial procedures, and the BUYER should contact the relevant bank directly regarding any claims or inquiries concerning this matter.
Points granted to the BUYER as part of a campaign conducted by the SELLER are valid for one purchase only. Such points will not be reinstated even if the relevant product/goods are returned.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A BUYER acting as a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from distance sales contracts concerning goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the product subject to the Agreement is delivered to the BUYER or to the person/organization designated by the BUYER, without providing any reason.
For determining the withdrawal period:
-
a) For goods that are the subject of a single order but are delivered separately, the date on which the BUYER, acting as a consumer, or the third party designated by the BUYER receives the last goods shall be taken as the basis.
-
b) For goods consisting of multiple parts, the date on which the BUYER, acting as a consumer, or the third party designated by the BUYER receives the last part shall be taken as the basis.
-
c) For contracts involving the regular delivery of goods over a specific period, the date on which the BUYER, acting as a consumer, or the third party designated by the BUYER receives the first goods shall be taken as the basis.
Delivery of the goods by the SELLER to the carrier shall not be considered delivery to the consumer BUYER.
However, products that are specially prepared, priced, offered for sale and/or imported specifically upon the BUYER's request or according to their personal needs for occasions such as New Year's Eve, religious holidays, Mother's Day and similar special dates, as well as campaign and promotional products, cannot be returned under any circumstances and are not subject to the right of withdrawal. The BUYER accepts these conditions when making the purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within the 14 (fourteen)-day period by methods such as registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised:
a) Invoice
The invoice for the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER must be returned.
If the invoice for the returned product was issued in the name of a company, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by that company. Returns for orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
b) Return Form
The completed return form must be provided.
c) Product Condition
The products being returned must be delivered within 10 (ten) days, complete and undamaged, together with their original box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, and must not have been damaged or otherwise compromised.
Within 10 (ten) days following receipt of these documents by the SELLER, all amounts collected from the BUYER, including the product price and delivery costs, shall be refunded.
d) SELLER's Refund Obligation
The SELLER is obliged to refund to the BUYER, within no later than 10 (ten) days from receipt of the withdrawal notification, all amounts collected, including delivery costs, as well as any documents creating an obligation for the BUYER.
The SELLER is also obliged to receive the returned goods within 10 (ten) days from the date on which the BUYER notifies the SELLER of exercising the right of withdrawal.
e) Reduction in Product Value
If the value of the goods decreases or the return becomes impossible due to a reason attributable to the BUYER's fault or negligence, the BUYER shall be responsible for compensating the SELLER for all resulting damages and expenses.
f) Campaign Discounts
If exercising the right of withdrawal causes the order value to fall below the minimum campaign amount, any discount received under the relevant campaign shall be cancelled.
g) Return Shipping
When a product is returned to the SELLER under the right of withdrawal, Yurtiçi Kargo must be used.
For domestic orders, the return shipping cost shall be covered by the SELLER.
For international orders, the return shipping cost shall be covered by the BUYER.
h) Original Shipping Fee and Documents
The SELLER does not refund the shipping fee originally collected from the BUYER when the product was sold.
When returning the product to the SELLER, the original invoice and delivery note, if physically provided to the BUYER at the time of delivery, must also be returned in order to maintain consistency in the SELLER's accounting records.
If the relevant invoice and delivery note are not sent to the SELLER together with the product or within 5 (five) days at the latest from the date the product is shipped, the return process will not be completed and the product will be sent back to the BUYER on a cash-on-delivery basis.
The invoice returned together with the product must bear the statement “Return Invoice” and must be signed by the BUYER.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the BUYER exercises the right of withdrawal, the details for submitting the withdrawal notification are as follows:
Company Name:
AGADIGITAL ELEKTRONİK MAĞAZACILIK VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ
Address:
Yenibosna Merkez Mh. Ladin Sk. Kuyumcukent Sit. No: 4 M/Z030 Bahçelievler / Istanbul / Türkiye
For the purpose of ensuring that return processes under the right of withdrawal are managed in a more controlled and traceable manner, the BUYER must obtain a return authorization code for return requests and use this code when sending the goods subject to the right of withdrawal to the SELLER within the applicable period.
Accordingly, if the BUYER wishes to return a product, they must first contact Customer Service and create a return request. After the necessary checks have been completed by Customer Service, the BUYER will be provided with a unique return authorization code to be used for the relevant return transaction.
The BUYER must use the return authorization code provided to them when sending the purchased goods to the SELLER via Yurtiçi Kargo.
The use of the return authorization code is required to enable the operational tracking of returns and to accurately identify which shipment belongs to which customer and order.
The customer may also exercise the right of withdrawal by completing the Withdrawal Form available via the relevant link.
